  I have to say the service provided by The Honey Suckle Sawmill was terrible. I placed an order explaining that my carpenter needed the green oak board urgently. I then had to call more than 10 times chasing. Every time I called they could not find my paperwork despite remembering my order. Every time I had to re-state the order and give my name and telephone number again. I kept explaining how desperate we were for the board. Every time I was told I would be called back next day to confirm the board was ready. I am still waiting 3 weeks later. I have now sourced the board from UK-Timber in Corby, Northants who were excellent.

  We have bought oak beams and waney edge cladding from Honeysuckle Bottom sawmill, and have been very pleased. They were very flexible with our changing requests, and the oak was all delivered on time. Our builder said it was of excellent quality and finish. Will definitely use them again for our next project.
